The Dragon's Cape

There are several joys in teaching.  The latest for me has been from a 10 year girl in my latest Beginning Crochet Class.  After learning her first stitch she created a great cape for her toy dragon.  Take a look below.

Working with young children and seeing their accomplishments amazes me every time.  Children can pick up so quickly.  We as adult find it a struggle when learning something new but children just breeze right through.

I want to thank this young crocheter for sharing with the class her first project using single crochet stitches.
