Hello!   Thank you for checking out the classes I offer for knitters and crocheters that are for children and adults.

Times are different now and all classes have been shifted to Zoom.  This keeps us all safe and still able to learn.  I have been providing Zoom classes since March of this year and the classes have been very successful where everyone was able to pick up on the skills taught.  So learning by Zoom is possible.  Note that in each class I mentioned additional benefits by signing up for my classes.

PROJECT RESUE


I'm offering you a way out of that mistake, a push in the right direction, and explain that odd pattern description. Set up a Zoom "drop in" with me. These are up to 30 minutes of you and me working through your project issue so you can keep knitting, or keep crocheting. Don't worry, no Zoom, no problem. We can still chat to get your through it.  

Wednesday and Friday's I have times set aside just to help you out (am or pm).  Contact me by email to get set up.  NOW if it's a JODI911 we can arrange another day. Fee $10 (payment: Venmo, PayPal, or credit card).




Tunisian Crochet Cowl Class

NO prerequisite - Many have asked and I will be review the basic skills for Tunisian crochet that will get you to the skills you need to complete this cowl.  

This class will give you additional Tunisian crochet stitches and challenge you to work one my my designs, Elizabeth Cowl.  My pattern will be provided to you and I will walk you through the pattern.  You will also be learning each week anew stitch to add to your list of Tunisian Crochet stitches.  We will talk further about tools that will assist you on your new craft.  Specific tools are required for this class.

Tools needed:
Tunisian Hook - standard 10 inch metal hook or adjustable. ( in class I will be advising on tools so you may wish to just purchase an inexpensive metal Tunisian hook to start)
Sock yarn - your choice (please have a light color yarn for practice)
Tapestry needle - for finishing your work
Scissors

Learn to Crochet (All levels welcome)


What a great craft to learn.  This class is for all skills levels. Beginners will get the basic skills of crochet and begin a project.  Those with the basic skills with take their talents further.  A project will be provided but not mandatory. Feel free to bring a pattern you have been wanting to do and get the get you need to complete it.  

This is a four session class and by purchasing this class directly with be you will see assistance between classes when needed. I don’t leave you after each session, I’m here to see you through your project. 
Tools: 
5mm Crochet Hook
Yarn - light color worsted weight 
Tapestry needle - to complete projects
Scissors
Paper and pen

Advanced students will get a supply list once registered.

 ALL ZOOM MEET UPS: 


In my Zoom classes you will receive the attention you need to get your project(s) completed. There are limited slots so time can be equally given to each participant.  Throughout the class session you will have access to me to ask questions between our meet ups.  If I can answer those question by email I will, but if more detail or assistance is needed you may receive a video from me to help you. I want to encourage each participant to reach out verses having to holt your project until we meet up for the next session.  I want to see you complete your project.

Through the Zoom class the sessions will be recorded for you to review until one week after the class has ended.  This will give the student the opportunity to review the lesson.  

I, the teacher, will be available during the 4-week session to answer any ask questions you may have and offer assistance on your project.  

There may be additional knitting technique videos created during the sessions that will be available for the student to review.
